The vest, made with a lightweight, stretchy, windproof, and water-repellent outer fabric, features wool insulation on the front and a bold mesh on the back, providing the necessary warmth and excellent sweat-wicking properties for high-altitude activities. It also includes a windshell jacket that covers the sleeves, chest, and shoulders, which can be easily slipped on even while wearing a backpack, allowing for quick layering shifts without interrupting your activity. The jacket is packable, rolling up compactly into a stow pocket inside the hood.
