Flat rate of ¥660 (tax included) nationwide, excluding Okinawa Prefecture / ¥1,320 (tax included) for Okinawa Prefecture.
Free shipping on orders of ¥16,500 (tax included) or more.
※ Delivery is available within Japan only.

Cash on Delivery Fee
A cash-on-delivery fee applies to each order as follows:
Less than ¥10,000: ¥330 (tax included)
¥10,000 or more and less than ¥30,000: ¥440 (tax included)
¥30,000 or more and less than ¥100,000: ¥660 (tax included)
¥100,000 or more and up to ¥300,000: ¥1,100 (tax included)

Returns
Returns are accepted only if you contact our Customer Service Center in advance within 8 days of receiving the product. If you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Service Center within 8 days of receipt and return the product together with the required documents. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without prior notification.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect product that differs from your order, please contact our Customer Service Center in advance within 8 days of receiving the product.
We will accept a return for a refund or exchange at our expense.
