Shipping policy

Your order will be delivered by Yamato Transport.

【Standard Items】

Orders confirmed by 1:00 PM on weekdays, or by 9:30 AM on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (excluding the New Year holiday period), will be shipped on the same day.
Cases in which same-day shipping may not be available:
・When we need to confirm the details of your order
・If the shipping schedule changes due to inventory checks or other circumstances, we will notify you on our website.

【If You Are Not Available to Receive Your Order】

If you are not available when your order is delivered, the delivery company will leave an attempted delivery notice.
Please contact the delivery company using the information provided on the notice and arrange for redelivery as soon as possible.
If you do not contact the delivery company or are unable to receive your order, the package will be held by the delivery company for a certain period (approximately 7 days) and then returned to us.
In such cases, your order will generally be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that if you repeatedly refuse delivery or fail to receive orders due to prolonged absence for reasons attributable to you, we may be unable to accept future orders.
