Mechanism of SOLAMENT®︎
SOLAMENT® absorbs and blocks near-infrared rays from sunlight, thereby preventing heat from entering and providing a cooling sensation.
Furthermore, blocking near-infrared rays also leads to skin protection and anti-eavesdropping functionalities.

We conducted a surface temperature test by exposing the heads and necks of mannequins, one wearing our conventional polyester product and the other wearing the Sol Mesh Hoodie with SOLAMENT®, to sunlight. Comparing the results, it was confirmed that the mannequin wearing the Sol Mesh Hoodie with SOLAMENT® showed a temperature reduction of 3 degrees, demonstrating excellent heat-shielding performance that protects the body from heat.

This thin mesh hoodie is made with SOLAMENT®, a new material that cuts near-infrared rays. It also blocks UV rays for double protection.
