Your order will be delivered by Yamato Transport.

[Standard Products]

Orders confirmed by 1 PM on weekdays, and by 9:30 AM on weekends and holidays (excluding New Year holidays), will be shipped on the same day.
Cases where same-day shipping is not possible:
・When we need to confirm your order details.
・In other cases where shipping schedules change due to inventory counts, etc., we will announce it on the website.

[If you are not home]

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the delivery company will leave a "delivery notice."
Please contact the number provided on the notice as soon as possible to arrange redelivery.
If you do not contact the delivery company or fail to receive the product, it will be held by the delivery company for a certain period (around 7 days) and then returned to us.
In this case, your order will generally be canceled, so please be aware.
Furthermore, if there are repeated returns due to customer refusal to accept or prolonged absence, we may not be able to accept future orders.

We do not accept exchanges due to customer convenience (e.g., wrong size or color image). Please return the item once and then place a new order (repurchase).

Please contact us via the application form within 8 days of product arrival.

Returns will be refused if any of the following conditions apply (if the item is not in its original condition):

・Sale items, outlet items
・Items purchased from stores other than the official Millet online store
・If we were not contacted within 8 days of product arrival, or if the item was returned without prior notice
・If the tags attached to the product have been cut off or lost (with some exceptions)
・If there is any evidence of use (e.g., dirt, wrinkles, scratches)
・If there are odors such as tobacco or perfume
・If a part of the product or its accessories are missing
・If the delivery note is not included
・If the customer has caused damage or stains to the product or its outer box
・If the outer packaging or package is damaged or missing
・Underwear (Drynamic series), tights
・If gift wrapping was selected

【Important Notes】
・We do not accept exchanges due to customer convenience (e.g., wrong size or color image). Please return the item once and then place a new order (repurchase).
・The shipping cost for returns due to customer convenience will be borne by the customer.
・Please arrange for return shipping within 7 days after submitting the return request. Please note that if the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to accept the return.
・Creases may occur due to storage in the warehouse or during shipping, but this does not indicate a product defect, so returns will generally not be accepted.
